Sendha Namak

An essential condiment and preservative in the Indian cuisine, used especially during fasting, the Homefills Rock Salt or Sendha Namak adds flavour to chaat, chutney, raita and many other savoury Indian snacks and curry preparations. It lowers the freezing point of water, hence can be used in ice cream machines as well as its need is found in Ayurvedic treatments.
